I don't need all the functions of a feature. Is it possible to select only single components?

In general, all features and add-ons can be selected individually. However, no functions can be selected or deselected within the individual feature.

How does the data import from our previous system work?

There are two possibilities: Either you upload the data directly into Salesforce via .csv, for example, or you use a live interface to the old system (e.g. MuleSoft or Salesforce API). We will be happy to advise you on this.

Can other programs be integrated into Salesforce?

Yes, with the help of ready-made connectors it is also possible to connect other programs in just a few steps.

I need more user licenses and more functions. Can I make adjustments during the contract period of a package?
