With this quote from Annette Franz, Cem Vogt started his virtual presentation at the XU University in Berlin last Monday. Together with Maria Kempf, Senior Program Lead for Salesforce Talent Ecosystem at Salesforce, our Customer Success Lead, Cem Vogt, hosted an entire lecture about digital customer relationship management.
In his presentation, Cem gave insights about bluplanet’s business model and showed how a cloud-first organization is working in today’s new world.
Since we all know that customer happiness is key to create product and brand loyalty and hence accelerate the business’ revenue growth, as a customer success manager, you always need to operate from the customer’s point of view.
Cem highlighted that in the end the customer never buys only a technology, he buys a solution to his challenge.
Therefore, we should always keep in mind: “our customers achieve a desired outcome through a relationship with us”.
