bluplanet : Why did you decide to work at bluplanet?
Adrian: I believe in values such as trust, commitment and loyalty in business. These have been guiding and directing me on my professional path for many years. And I am convinced of the benefits of cloud-based business applications. Both are essential pillars of bluplanet. And that is why bluplanet will become one of the leading providers of cloud solutions in the German and European market in the future. That's why I would like to make my contribution to this path of success for the company.

bluplanet: What are your responsibilities at bluplanet?
Adrian: As SVP Sales Central / West, I am responsible for sales in the Hessen / NRW region in Germany and also support strategic sales projects for the company.

bluplanet: What excites you about working at bluplanet?/ What is your favorite thing about your job so far?
Adrian: I am inspired by people and their individual strengths. The reception by the team makes my start very pleasant. That impressed me. In my eyes, bluplanet is optimally positioned in the market. This is because the majority of companies decide to use cloud solutions. As a rule, however, more than one cloud solution is used, or their intelligent combination creates the optimum benefit for the company. We are a product-neutral provider of multiple cloud solutions. Our customers benefit from the fact that we address their needs optimally in terms of costs and benefits. This will pay off in the long term. For all parties involved.

bluplanet: What unique skills or qualities do you bring to your role?
Adrian: My passion is sales. For almost 25 years I have been a trusted advisor to my customers. I sell products and solutions out of conviction and enthusiasm. In particular, I have been using the Salesforce platform, its innovation and performance for the success of my customers for more than 15 years. In addition, I have gained more than 7 years of deep insights into the consulting and implementation business of Salesforce projects. The combination of experience, trustworthiness as well as the enthusiasm for sustainable and successful solutions for my customers distinguish me.

bluplanet: What is the most important lesson you've learned in your career so far?
Adrian: Win-lose does not work. Win-win is the magic formula. Especially in sales. Without trust, there is no long-term relationship with my customers. I therefore strictly reject quick success to the disadvantage of my customers.

bluplanet: What motivates you to come to work every day?
Adrian: My enthusiasm for the cloud and the Salesforce platform in particular. It just makes sense that companies and people are harnessing the power and sustainability of the cloud on a daily basis. It makes people's lives more enjoyable, companies more successful and we all benefit. It also benefits the planet we all live on. Cloud = Green. I want to "leave" this planet as clean as possible for my children. That's why I like to get up every morning and make a contribution to this in my job.

bluplanet: What is something you are passionate about outside of work? / If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be and why?
Adrian: Family first. I am a husband and family man with heart and soul. If I had the chance, I would like to meet John F. Kennedy. He was the idol of his country and of an entire generation.
His whole life, his family, his rise, his presidency, his death were marked by myths, challenges, scandals, secrets. I would love to get answers to many questions about his life and suffering.
